Determines the present time.
TIMEQ1 : Determines the present time as Type 1 time.
TIMEQ2 : Determines the present time as Type 2 time.
TIMEQ3 : Determines the present time as Type 3 time.

Explanation of Parameters

ITIME	(I)	Type 1 time.
IH	(I)	Hour.
IM	(I)	Minute.
IS	(I)	Second.
ITT	(I)	Serially-counted second.
