Function

Converts the time type.
TIME12 : Converts Type 1 time into Type 2 time.
TIME13 : Converts Type 1 time into Type 3 time.
TIME21 : Converts Type 2 time into Type 1 time.
TIME23 : Converts Type 2 time into Type 3 time.
TIME31 : Converts Type 3 time into Type 1 time.
TIME32 : Converts Type 3 time into Type 2 time.
